This townhouse is in the perfect location for people who want to be close to a beach, bus stops with good connections around Paphos, Kings Avenue Mall with a supermarket in it and various historical places around Paphos. There are many things to see and do in this place. Buses go to the harbour, Coral Bay and town centre. The townhouse is yours and please treat it like your own home with views of the sea and the sunsets!

The place is perfect for couples looking to be by the beach and to be close to places of interest and activities. You do not need a car but if you wish to travel further, then a car hire is a great idea! You can hire a scooter or a bicycle if you wish.

Working professionals who work remotely - this is a great place for you as there is a working computer desk with a computer chair to go with. Internet is fast and you can enjoy your Zoom meetings online in peace without any interruptions.

Families with up to 5 members can enjoy this gorgeous home knowing that everyone will be comfortable, sleep well and be close to the beach. There is internet for everyone, and a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime so that you can log in with your own details. You can ask me for a travel cot for your little one and I also offer a chair seat booster, and a baby bath if you would like to use them as well.

The beach is only 3 minutes walk away from the townhouse. It is 250 metres away. You will have your own towels for the bathroom only. You don't need to bring your own towels. The bed sheets are fresh and clean. I always have hot water as we have solar panels.

The open plan living room/dining area has a large L shaped sofa, a computer desk with a computer chair to go with, a butterfly table to eat at, an armchair, a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and a TV table.

The kitchen is fully fitted out with all the crockery/cutlery and so on to make your cooking a breeze. There is also a fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

There are two balconies. One from the sea view bedroom and one from the living room. You can sit on the balconies and enjoy the sea views and the sea breeze which is just amazing. You also eat at the balcony table and have your tea/coffee/wine there as well. The sunset is always visible from the balconies and are just amazing.

Air conditioning:
We have a brand new one in main bedroom number one. Also, another brand new one in the living room as well.
The other bedroom facing the sea has NO air conditioning unit. I will have it installed around October. There is a fantastic breeze if you leave the bedroom windows open and you can sleep with the windows open through the night. It is very safe. I can provide a free standing fan upon request.
In the living room, if you leave the windows open, there is an amazing sea breeze and air conditioning is never required. Please do try leaving the windows open and enjoy the breeze, before using the air con. Air con in the lounge is only required in August when humidity is 100%. If you use the air con, then I suggest closing the living room door (and the windows) to keep the cool air in. The same goes for the bedroom as well with its own air con.
