The upper floor offers: the master bedroom with Queen size bed, en suite bathroom and access to the spacious private terrace with a partial sea view. On this floor there is also a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
The whole house is fully equipped and has low consumption electric radiators. The master bedroom also has air conditioning. The property is situated within a short distance from Alcaufar beach with turquoise waters, perfect for an unforgettable summer.
