On the second floor of a family house in the center of Njivice, there is Apartment Jelka 5, only 150 meters away from the nearest beach. In addition to this apartment, there are two more identical apartments in the house. Apartment Jelka 5 can host up to 2 people and with a balcony, the apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining room, and a bathroom. The apartment offers TV without SAT, air conditioning, and WiFi. There is a private parking lot in front of the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
