The apartment is spacious, very peaceful and private. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, an open plan kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is the place you want to be after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the island. It is really great to just sit there, enjoy the view and relax.

The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends as it can host up to 6 people.

The apartment is in comfortable area where everything needed is reached in less then 10 minutes: close to Playa Chica, pharmacy, bank BBVA, shops, bars, Minimarket, restaurants, all on the same street. Besides the Lidl supermarket it is just near so you can feel comfortable without vehicle. There are three beaches in this town and a natural swimming pool.

Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), Boletin Oficial (BOC) under Decree-Law 3996 17/2020. To access tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands it's mandatory, within a maximum period of 72 hours prior to their arrival, of a diagnostic test established by the health authorities, that proves that the tourist has not tested positive for Covid-19.

Change over days can be flexible depending on other bookings. Departure is normally 10:00 but if the apartment is not booked the day of your departure you're welcome to stay later than this time.
