The apartment has a big terrace that is perfect for eating outside and relaxing on the sun loungers with a beautiful view and watching the world go by. The large terrace offers a balance between amazing sea and nature views with some screening from the pines and palm trees on the Pine Walk particularly in the Summer period. It is located away from the noise of traffic and is within walking distance of numerous great shops, supermarkets, restaurants, the main town square and all the facilities of Puerto Pollensa.

This apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with bunk beds). Two of them with ensuite bathrooms. This apartment has a spacious lounge with TV, sofa and A/C unit. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished and equipped in a contemporary style.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
