Villa Acacia is one of four exclusive villas for Solmar Villas located in the popular area of Fanabe in Costa Adeje. 
Set in a gated community, this detached whitewashed villa is designed over three levels and is ideal for those not wanting to drive whilst on holiday. On the ground floor, there's a modern fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and dining facilities. The first floor consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a shower room and the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Stairs lead down from the ground floor to the lower ground floor where there is another double bedroom with air-conditioning and a separate utility area. The lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort and WiFi is also included. From this level you can access your underground garage for those with a hire car. 
Patio doors from the lounge lead out to your outdoor living area with private swimming pool which has electric heating* and sun loungers with comfortable mattresses. An open terrace with dining table is positioned near a BBQ for lazy days dining alfresco with family and friends. 
A large supermarket can be found a short walk away at the nearby shopping centre and Fanabe beach with a wide range of restaurants can be reached within 15 minutes’ walk from the villa.
Please note, an internal staircase leads to the garage on the lower ground floor. Access to the bedroom, shower room and utility is off the garage.
