Villa Annie is a luxury, architect designed, contemporary styled stone villa, nestling in private, hilltop, gated grounds with spectacular 360° views to the sea, the mountains and the sleepy villages of the Apokoronas.

The spacious accommodation, hugs the landscape over three levels, providing a large open-plan lounge and dining area under a beautifully crafted vaulted ceiling, a fully integrated, open-plan Siemens kitchen and three double bedrooms with spa jet en-suites, a family bathroom and private terraces or balconies. All rooms are serviced with sumptuous fancoil and underfloor cooling (heating in winter).

Designed with meticulous attention to the outdoor spaces, the villa is wrapped by extensive terraces, which in turn give way to beautiful lawns, flower beds and meandering stone paths fringed by old oak, carob and olive trees - so internal and external living flows almost imperceptibly into one another.

The wonderful beaches and tavernas at Kera, Almyrida and Kalives are a 6-minute drive through the olive groves and the superb tavernas and traditional coffee houses of Douliana can be reached over country paths.
