This fantastic penthouse is located on the top floor of a five-store building. The huge terrace which surrounds the apartment has a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains. In the big communal area you will find a large swimming pool. A few minutes by foot you reach the wide and long beach of Los Álamos, with its chiringuitos and trendy beach bars. It is also an excellent location for trips into the surrounding area, only a 5 minute walk to the nearest train and bus stops.

Livingroom:
The large and light-flooded living room has a big sofa area with TV. In the same room there’s a big dining table for 6. The terrace is accessible through the window doors in the room. There are blinds for all windows.
Kitchen:
Separate kitchen room with access to the terrace. It has all the facilities one needs. Cooker, oven, big fridge/freezer, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dish washer, washing machine and small breakfast table with two seats.
Bedroom 1:
Light bedroom with a double bed, large wall wardrobe, direct access to the huge terrace and shutters.
Bedroom 2:
Beautiful bedroom with comfortable king size bed, large wall wardrobe, little desk, direct access to the huge terrace and shutters.

Bathroom 1:
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, daylight window and storage space.

Bathroom 2:
Spacious bathroom en suite with the Bedroom 2. It has a bathtub, WC and bidet, washbasin, daylight window and storage space.

Terraces:
On the huge terrace with views over the sea and Málaga there are two hammocks and outdoor furniture for 4. On the smaller terrace, facing the mountains, there’s also some outdoor furniture.
Others:
The apartment provides centralized air conditioning, WiFi and a private parking space.
There’s a community pool to be shared with the neighbours. It is open during summer months; feel free to ask us if it is open during your stay.
