Situated on the top floor and occupying the full length of a well-maintained building, this apartment benefits from being double-storey, with a large double/twin bedroom on the top floor, accessed by steep stairs, not suitable for small children. Watch out for the low beam as you enter the bedroom!
A second double/twin and a single bedroom are situated on the main floor.
There is a comfortable lounge area with 3-seater and 2-seater sofas looking out over the balcony to the amazing mountain views. The renovated kitchen/eating bar is well equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. A small washing machine is located in the kitchen, as well as a compact dishwasher under the oven.
The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The double rooms can be made up as twins or doubles making this a very flexible apartment which can sleep up to a maximum of five people in three bedrooms. All rooms have lots of storage and hanging space.
There are two balconies, one leading from the downstairs double bedroom and one leading from the lounge, with beautiful views and a table and chairs for outside eating. There is outdoor off-street parking reserved for apartment residents by a barrier.
In summer, we are members of the popular Multi-Pass scheme, allowing you access as pedestrians to all lifts, the swimming pool and a range of other facilities in the area.
