Villa Belen is a detached holiday villa with a private swimming pool, unblocked side sea views from the veranda and in a fantastic location just 200 meters from the sea front in the heart of Protaras. This property has air conditioning, central heating, WiFi, safe and sleeps up to 6 guests, there are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, two with side views to the sea plus a a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a guest bathroom (w/c), a cosy living room with three-piece suite, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system, dining area with table (seating 6), sitting room with two comfortable sofas, a sofa bed and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Villa Belen is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops, restaurants and the fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach just a short walk away and is ideally suited to families.

* Electricity and air-conditioning is included with an allowance of up to 40 €/week. There is a meter in the apartment so you can monitor your consumption. Any amounts used above the allowance will be either deducted from the security deposit or you can purchase top-up cards - please ask the local representative at the villa.
