Finca S´Amarador is an exclusive holiday villa with large private swimming pool that sits in a slightly elevated position in the preferred region above the coastline of Cala Santanyi (2.5 km) and Cala Figuera (1.5 km) and offers a peaceful rural location with a wide view of the countryside and to the sea in the distance. This spacious villa is distributed over 2 floors and sleeps 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, three bedrooms are on the first floor (one has it's own entrance/terrace) along with a second living room opening out to a terrace with beautiful views. On the ground floor are two more bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with access to a covered terrace, barbecue and dining area for enjoying meals al fresco. The house is enclosed by a natural stone wall and secured with an electronic gate, there is a well-kept garden area with palm trees, cypress and pine trees, a spacious pool (10 x 5 meters), lawns and a children's play area.
This large finca has easy access to fantastic beaches and offers plenty of space and comfort for several families, children, couples and groups.
