Its location allows you to spend your holiday isolated from the crowds of summer in complete peace surrounded by medicinal herbs. Next to the house is an overflow pool with seawater from which, as well as from the whole garden and the house offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and islands, and bathing in it will give you idyllic moments of rest in complete privacy. The garden has a summer kitchen with barbecue, a spacious terrace, trampoline and swings for children and covered parking. Along the sea you will find a spacious stone quay, which also includes an awning covered area with deck chairs, a jumping area and a slide for children, intended only for you. Since there are no larger settlements or industrial facilities in the wider area, the sea is extremely clean and clear, and therefore especially attractive for diving and fishing enthusiasts. If you prefer a day of swimming and sunbathing, fresh fish is still possible as local fishermen will be happy to offer you their daily catch. The location of this house in relation to the natural environment offers lovers of nature walks
and the possibility of visiting the world-famous Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes National Parks, as well as the nature park Sj. Velebit. Nearby are the Zavratnica Fjord, the Birds of Prey Center and the Botanical Garden. Take advantage of the proximity of the ferry docks for the islands of Rab (7 km) and Pag (20 km) for day trips and exploring the natural beauty of which Croatia is known all over the world. A 2.2 km long steep and winding road leads from the house to the main road, which is partly paved.
