Situated in a chalet residence where 2 further apartments can also be rented (ID 3857 and 3856), this apartment makes the ideal choice for couples and groups of 4, as well as for larger groups looking to stay in one location.

Inside, the 1st floor apartment offers a well-presented interior, comprising of a light and airy living room with flat screen TV, a sofa, corner dining area, well equipped kitchen and balcony access (with enough room for chairs only). A balcony bedroom furnished with twin joinable beds is accompanied by a double sofa bed in the living room and a spacious modern shower room.

Guests staying also have use of a ski boot heater and ski storage facility, alongside a communal washing machine (shared by 3 apartments). The communal garden offers the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining, with an alfresco dining set and sun parasol provided.

The 2-storey chalet residence also benefits from optional garage hire (EU 50 per week).

The chalet residence is situated along ‘Via Molin’, placing guests 1 minutes’ walk from the nearest restaurant, 100 metres away from the ski shuttle bus and 250 metres away from the Cassana gondala. Also, within a 5-7 minutes’ walk away, guests will find a small supermarket alongside a host of shops and amenities to complement a fun Livigno ski break. The Azzurra ski school is 5 minutes’ drive away.
