With plenty of indoor space, a modern layout, and a stunning outdoor area, it's ideal for relaxing holidays. The 15-meter fully fenced pool with whirlpool area is just one of many highlights.



The small village of Montelopio is within walking distance and offers a restaurant and a bar with a small selection of groceries. Just three kilometers away lies the charming village of Fabbrica, which has a bar, a pizzeria, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. The hilltop town of Peccioli can be reached in under 20 minutes by car and has received several awards for its blend of medieval atmosphere and contemporary art. Volterra is 23 kilometers away, while Pisa, Lucca, and the coastal town of Livorno are all less than an hour’s drive. Florence, the capital of the Renaissance, is about 80 kilometers away.

The holiday home is peacefully located in the countryside and enjoys wonderful views of gentle hills. The large terracotta-painted house is surrounded by lawns and several terraces. In front of the house, a pergola shades a long dining table for outdoor meals. Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace with a seating area and an additional table. A shallow children’s pool sits right beside the main pool.



Inside, the holiday home combines traditional features such as wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors with modern openness. The ground floor offers a spacious living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with an open shower, ideal for guests with reduced mobility. Upstairs are more generously sized bedrooms with views of the landscape and a peaceful tower room perfect for reading and relaxing.
