Surrounded by olive groves and forests, this spacious holiday home offers peace and plenty of room both inside and out, making it the perfect choice for a holiday with family or friends.



The small town of Borgo a Buggiano is just a 10-minute drive away and provides all amenities, including a supermarket. Montecatini Terme, famous for the therapeutic properties of its waters and elegant Art Nouveau architecture, is only 8 km away, with the rival spa town of Monsummano Terme close by. The beautiful city of Lucca, with its impressive city walls and many churches, can be reached in about 40 minutes. Families with children will enjoy visiting the Parco di Pinocchio or the Pistoia Zoo. Day trips to the coastal town of Viareggio as well as Pisa and Florence are also very convenient.

The two-storey villa is painted a deep pink, with natural stonework left exposed at the corners of the building. It is surrounded by manicured gardens with spacious lawns and flowering plants. A highlight is the annexe with a furnished loggia, the perfect place for communal meals while taking in the spectacular views. The large pool offers refreshment in summer and the chance to relax.



Inside, the house has been lovingly restored with wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and pastel-painted walls. The furnishings are comfortable and tasteful, with many carefully chosen details. One bedroom with en suite bathroom is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and the pool house bathroom is also fully accessible.



The friendly owners live next door, respecting guests’ privacy while always happy to share local knowledge and tips.
