This farmhouse is the perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends looking to spend relaxing days surrounded by nature. A picture-perfect cypress-lined driveway leads up to the house. The large garden, with a pergola, well-kept terraces and an inviting pool, offers plenty of space for dining, gathering and unwinding. There is even a swing for children. The house is part of an agriturismo where organic grains and chickpeas are cultivated.



Located in the Val d’Orcia National Park, the property is ideally situated for exploring the region. Highlights include Pienza, famous for its Renaissance architecture, as well as Montalcino and Montepulciano, where you should definitely try the renowned Vino Nobile and visit one of the local wineries. The hot springs of Bagno Vignoni are just a 15-minute drive away, where you can bathe for free at the Parco dei Mulini. In San Quirico d’Orcia, you will find shops and all necessary amenities, while Siena, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno are great options for day trips.

The accommodation is mainly spread over the first floor, with only one bedroom and its own bathroom located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has been individually decorated with great attention to detail. The interiors combine carefully selected modern and antique furniture, creating an original, creative style.



Please note: the upper floor of the adjoining house is occupied, but the garden and pool are for the guests’ exclusive use. Podere Osteria offers charm, comfort and authentic country living in the heart of Val d’Orcia.
