Casa di Vangelis is a beautiful, traditional house, located in the picturesque village of Chromonastiri, only a short drive away from Rethymno Old Town and its long sandy beach. This 100 m2 Villa can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 spacious bedrooms.

Layout
The Villa consists of two independent areas with private entrances, both of which have access to the outdoor area.


First Building
Entering the building on the ground floor, you find yourself in the cosy living room area, which is decorated in white furniture, giving a fresh, summer ambience and also provides direct access to the pool area. The comfortable corner sofa, books, games, and 50 TV will offer many hours of fun to you and your loved ones. The first bedroom is located on the same floor, featuring a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a 32 TV. Also, a family bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine can also be found on the ground floor.


A staircase from the living room leads up to the first floor, where you will find the remaining two bedrooms: one with a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other with two semi-double beds (1.40 x 2.00 m). The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower cabin a double sink


Second Building
The second building features a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, including an indoor dining area and all appliances necessary for a self catered holiday that will enable you to prepare your homemade meals at ease. On the first floor you can find the fourth bedroom, featuring a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m), 32 TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.


All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature comfortable mattresses, with windows that make them bright and airy. Additionally, all areas are equipped with shutters and mosquito nets.


Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the villa is also very carefully designed, offering a variety of facilities, which include:?
- A 40 sq. m. private swimming pool. Minimum depth: 1.00 m. Maximum depth: 1.60 m.
- The terrace is equipped with a hammock, sun beds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, so you can sunbathe and relax by the pool all day long.
- Fully equipped gas barbecue facilities.
- Outdoor dining table next to the pool.


-Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
