Two bedroom townhouse, located in a quiet urbanisation at the top of the hill in the Gran Alacant area.

Stunning, breath taking views of the Mediterranean Sea, where you will find long sandy beaches, with water sports for the adventurous.

This well presented 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house is located on the gated community of Vista Bahia 3. The house, located inside a quiet road with parking in front of the house, features TV, Wifi, rooftop solarium, aircon to master bedroom, BBQ and Sea Views

On entering the front door you are in an open plan lounge/dining area. To the rear of the lounge is access to the fully equipped kitchen, stairs to first floor, galleria area where you will find the washing machine, storage area.

There is also a ground floor small bathroom with toilet. Stairs leading to the first floor. Two double bedrooms, one with double bed which has a patio door leading onto a small balcony and the second with a twin single beds. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The stairs lead up onto a rooftop solarium which has fabulous views over the Mediterranean sea.

Here you can soak up the sun, enjoying a good book or a nice glass of wine and stunning views over to the beach.

There is a beautiful 17 KM long beach within 10 minutes walk of the house.
Takes a little longer to get back as it is an uphill walk.

A regular open top "Road Tram" takes you around the area and down to the main shopping center wher you will find several supermarkets, restaurants to suit all tastes etc.

Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. There are also coach trips to take you there to the water parks etc. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few.

Gran Alacant itself , has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.

There is a weekly market on Thursday morning where you can pick up fresh local fruit and vegetables.

The Caribassi beach, has fabulous sand dunes and stretches for miles, with plenty of free parking.
