Villa Mori is a newly restored 210 sqm villa set on 3 levels, located 15 mn' drive to Syracuse city, in the country side, and 8 mn' drive to the sandy beach of Arenella. Villa Mori is surrounded by a well-kept spacious garden and lovely pool (10 x 12 metres/depth from 0,50 to 2,80 metres), 2 veranda. It can welcome up to 6 guests, children included. It is made of: on the ground floor spacious bright main room with dining area and living area that look on the veranda/pool, kitchen inside the main room (with dishwasher), one full bathroom next to the main room, 2 veranda.
On the first floor a relax area, on the second floor 2 bedrooms each one with its ensuite bathroom , on the third and last floor another bedroom with its bathroom + small living room. All the 3 bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning/heating + tv.

during check-in the tourist tax is kindly requested in cash, and a deposit which will be returned at check-out if there are no damages
