The accommodation facility itself includes five bedrooms, three private bathrooms, living room with sofa, air conditioning, sitting area, SAT LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

The living room which is combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one twin room as well as one bathroom fitted with shower are situated on the ground floor while the other four double rooms and additional two bathrooms (one fitted with bathtub and the other with shower) are situated on the first floor. Three of the five bedrooms have a furnished balcony.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
