This newly renovated for 2026, Port Grimaud property has three bedrooms, large lounge, garden patio (new images will be available at the end of January 2026). The garden faces South and looks over one of the Ports many canal water ways.

The house which is fully Air conditioned, comprises of entrance hall with shower/toilet and fully fitted state of the art kitchen. There is then the lounge dining area with French windows opening on to the patio overlooking the water.

This house has new double glazing throughout, has beed fully updated in all areas, with high speed internet and a new feature hancrafted Oak staircase.

There is a flat screen tv with the Port Grimaud television (which has many UK and European Channels).

Off the upstairs landing is a shower/toilet. The master bedroom has a French window with Juliette balcony overlooking the waterway. It has a large built in wardrobe and a double bed. There is an ensuite shower/toilet.

The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and the third bedroom is a single. There is plenty of storage space in all rooms.


The house is located in Port Grimaud Sud and has a private car parking space nearby. Cars can be brought to the front door but for loading/unloading.

It is 100 meters walk from Spoerry Square, where you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars, also a small supermarket and Boulangerie.

Beaches are a 10 min walk or short boat ride away, the private resident´s beach can be used by guests.

The residential areas are very peaceful and quiet and the surrounding canals and beaches are very beautiful.

St.Tropez and St.Maxime are 15 min away by car or by ferry from Port Grimaud. Also close by there are a number of beautiful villages Grimaud, Ramatuelle and Gassin being our favourites. Please do not hesitate to ask us for any additional details on this property.
