The building is located in the famous area of Psirri, within the historical centre of Athens. The building has in total 8 private properties 2 in each floor, ( 6 apartments and 2 suites ). This suite with loft which is named APT/3B is a specious flat 85 m2 set on the second floor of our beautiful and historical building. This suite has high ceilings (up to 4-5 meters high) large windows, one sky light, plenty of days light and a great skyline view. In details, this suite expands in 3 levels connected with an interior wooden staircase. In the first level features an open plan kitchen fully equipped, (Including refrigerator with deep freezer, stove, electric oven, micro wave oven, washing machine, dish washing machine, coffee machine, etc.) and a large bathroom with double basin.
