Lantana is a brand new villa built in 2019, ideally located on the outskirts of Skala village and its lovely 5km beach, this delightful property is perfect for those wishing to be close to the charming village of Skala and enjoy its' wonderful variety of shops, restaurants and bars without having to drive.
Inside, the modern and contemporary style has been inspired by the owner utilising a palette of gentle greys and cool greens for a calm, relaxing stay. The open plan design with the main living and kitchen area downstairs along with an en-suite twin bedroom enjoy large patio doors leading to the swimming pool. Upstairs two double rooms can accommodate our guests which are surrounded by large furnished balconies.
Both villa and pool area are surrounded by lovely mature gardens, lush greenery and trees that guarantee a peaceful and pleasant stay.
