A beautifully furnished two bedroom villa with private 8x4m pool, lovely outside terrace and gorgeous golf course views. Located in the heart of the Resort within a 5 minute walk of the village centre and facilities.

Bedrooms: One double bedroom (located on the first floor, with adjacent bathroom with shower unit), one twin bedroom (located on the ground floor, adjacent bathroom with bath & overhead shower).

Full Villa Description:
Located on Hestiades Greens with wonderful views of the first fairway of the golf course, Villa Proteus has great outside space, including an 8x4m private pool (with heating available) and is within walking distance of the Resort village centre and facilities. The ground floor hosts the open plan kitchen, living and dining area which have a lovely light and homely feel, and have patio doors that open on to the poolside terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor and has patio doors opening to the garden and pool terrace and an adjacent bathroom with shower unit. The master double bedroom is found upstairs and has an adjacent bathroom with bath & overhead shower. The master room has patio doors that open on to an upper terrace with table and chairs, and gorgeous golf course views.

The villa offers free, reliable wi-fi, has a Smart TV and a comprehensive TV system that has unlimited movies and sports channels, is fully air-conditioned throughout and a free travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Outside the spacious pool terrace has beautiful views, sunbeds, dining table and Gas BBQ – a fabulous space in which to spend sunny, relaxing holiday time.

Hestiades Greens Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Hestiades Greens Village is situated right in the heart of the resort, around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square. The villas on this village all boast their own private pools, thus there is no communal pool here.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
