The first floor is accessed from the entrance floor via a spiral staircase.



The lower floor is the place for socializing: a large room serves as the kitchen, dining room, TV room, and games room.



The most exciting space is surely the rear of the villa, a patio area provides the ideal alfresco dining spot or a place to sit with a morning’s cup of coffee. It benefits from being next to a wall, which provides shelter and a sense of privacy.

There are also a couple of hammocks inviting you to laze away after a dip in the pool.
