Key Information for Your Stay

Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.

During reception hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect your keys if you arrive before 3:00 PM.

Outside reception hours: Self-check-in is available. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send. Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions.

Once completed, you’ll receive codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance.
Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building next door to Hot Jazz.

Check-out: Strictly 11:00 AM. Please take out trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.

Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
