Key Information for Your Stay

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

During Reception Hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect keys if you arrive early.

Outside Reception Hours: Self-check-in available anytime from 3:00 PM. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send.
Please make sure that all the pending payments are completed before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions.


Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building, located next to Hot Jazz. Full details will be sent after booking.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Pack belongings, take out the trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
