NARCISSOS VILLA 2 is located in the quiet Cavo Greco area of Protaras, between the two most popular tourist resorts in Cyprus; cosmopolitan AYIA NAPA and relaxing PROTARAS. The renowned KONNOS Beach is only 1 kilometer away from the villa and FIG TREE BAY is 2 kilometers away.
Only three hundred meters from the nearest beach; this elegant, newly-renovated three-bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation with a private swimming pool and sun beds.
The facilities are: Living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen including a dish washer, washing machine, cooker, coffee maker, shaker, kettle and a microwave oven. A smart Android flat-screen TV , free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a hair dryers, safety deposit box and ironing equipment are standard.
There is a fully equipped barbecue area next to the pergola shade, an ideal place for a comfortable and relaxing dinner.
Bright, spacious and with modern furnishing, the two-storey accommodation consists of 3 bathrooms which they all have been fully renovated during February 2025. A shower and a toilet on the ground floor, a walk in shower with a toilet on the first floor and en-suite shower and toilet in the one of the double bedrooms.
Narcissos Villa 2 is ideally located on the main bus route close to the popular resort of Protaras and the tranquil Cavo Greco area and is part of a four-building complex along with our Narcissos Villa 3 and Villa ‘Doria’ which makes it convenient for 2 or 3 families to enjoy their holiday next to each other. It provides everything anyone needs for a carefree holiday in the sun! Having a sofa bed in the living room (140 X190 cm), the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons, 7th and or 8th person/s at extra charge. Nearest supermarket with 300 meters, nearest bus stop 400 meters from the villa.
Useful and important information: Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 10am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 10 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 36 kWh per day, which is sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age and or groups of 7 and or 8 persons, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 - 9:00 hours
