Lara Villa sits in an elevated position high above the sea, enjoying the best views of South East coast, they are simply spectacular. This lovely villa of traditional Mediterranean architecture sleeps 5 guests, it is well located and extremely private with a circular design and windows providing panoramic sea views. On entering you are met by a grand staircase of antique brick which winds up the centre of the building giving a light and airy feel. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with oak cupboards and tiled tops and a mesmerising view from the marble sink, a door gives access onto the outside dining area, built in barbecue and pool. All the modern appliances are here such as electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and tall fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen there is a circular dining room with lots of windows enjoying the views and on a slightly lower level a large spacious sitting room with fireplace, (satellite TV with a selection of British & European channels) again of circular design with numerous windows. Through the French windows the infinity pool blends effortless into the sea below with the sky above creating an illusion of three shades of turquoise. The ground floor also provides a double bedroom and a modern family shower room. The huge Master bedroom of circular design is on the first floor with French windows leading out onto a very large balcony overlooking the sea. A smaller single bedroom is also on the first floor plus a large family bathroom with walk in shower enjoying more spectacular views. Lara Villa is situated up a secluded driveway and set in lush private gardens of approximately 5000 m², its privileged location gives you easy access to traditional Greek villages, fantastic beaches and is an ideal choice for memorable holidays spent in Corfu.

Towels and bed linen (changed on a weekly basis or mid way through longer stays). Pool towels are also provided.

Not included in the rates:
• This rental is subject to a 6 € / per person Villa Damage Waiver Insurance. This replaces a security deposit and is collected before arrival by credit card.
• Greek Climate Tax: 15 € / night - Payable on arrival to the owner.
