Villa

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens, there are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out, most of these homes are made from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa, which is 400sq meters, is set on a 7,000sq meters plot of land, offering amazing sea and sunset views. The property is 3.5 kilometers from the port of the island, 800 meters of which is a dirt road. The villa offers everything one would want in a vacation home, from an interior games room, with a Billiard table, Ping Pong table and football table , to a basketball court at the far end of the grounds and a large swimming pool.

Interior description of The "Sigma Sunset Estate":

First floor (Entrance): Very large living room with high ceilings and a fireplace, a dining area with a table for 8 to 10 people and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On this floor there is also a large bedroom and a bathroom.

Second floor: Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with one bathroom. Separating the two bedrooms and the master bedroom is a small living area with a fireplace.

Ground floor (Pool and garden level): One bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchenette and a small living room outside the bedroom. On this floor there is also a large games area with a billiard table, a tennis table and a table football machine. Leading off the games area are two living rooms on split levels and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Exterior description of the "Sigma Sunset Estate"

Large terrace with a swimming pool (12 X 6), sofas for 12 people, a shaded dining area with a table for 20 to 24 people, a BBQ and bar area, a w.c and pool shower. At the far end of the grounds is a basket ball court.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
