The villa is recently completed, built of natural stone to a size of 136 m² to accommodate 6 guests, it is air conditioned throughout and furnished to a high standard. Distributed over 2 floors there is a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace on the upper level and a second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden is located on the ground floor along with a smaller double and a third bathroom. The high specification kitchen is open plan to the sitting & dining area and is fitted with quality appliances (ceramic hob, oven, integrated dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer), the living room is large with a TV (International/British channels) and french windows opening out to the front of the house with a covered veranda, pool area and to the side there is a lovely dining patio overlooking the olive groves. Villa Katina sits on a quiet lane with a well planted garden providing privacy and is a perfect choice for couples and families who are looking very comfortable accommodation close (1 minutes walk) to the pretty beach of Avlaki and its restaurants.
