This quiet multizone air conditioned 3 bedroomed south facing villa with three bathrooms and pool is just 30 minutes inland from the coast, with yet the feeling of being set deep into the country side. The house is set on two floors. Living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the top floor.
Each bedroom has a large double bed but one of them can be split into two single beds.
One single bed (80x 190) (futon) can be added in one of the bedrooms.

Situated in the hills of the breathtakingly beautiful and varied landscape of Cote D'Azur the Villa is equidistant from the vibrant and exciting city of Nice and Cannes the glamorous home of the international film festival. Both towns run along the seaside with palm trees waving in the sea breeze and have a variety of entertainment. Antibes is 15kms away and is a picturesque old seaport with a bustling market. The Italian Riviera is an hours drive away. Scattered on the hills close by are many beautiful old hill villages such as Valbonne, Biot, St Paul de Vence overflowing with Art from all over the world and wonderful little restaurants.
