This apartment is in a gated community of 11 other apartments with a communal pool which is ony 10 steps away from the apartment terrace, so easy for you to relax whilst watching the children play in the pool or in the beatiful gardens with wonderful views over the 16th Tee of Las Ramblas Golf Course. The apartment is very spacious. One bedroom has en-suite. The kicthen is fully equipped to cater at home and there is a wide selection of supermarkets from Mercadona to Aldi a short drive away. However those wanting a purely relaxing holiday and wish to dine out there is a variety of restaurants on offer at the local boulevard, La Fuente with bars and restaurants ranging from Spanish to Chinese to Mexican and Argentinian. This is only a ten minute walk away. There is also an authentic Belgian Bakery that serves fresh bread every morning. The nearest beaches are La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig which is only a 10 minute drive away. All modern needs are met with WiFi , Satellite TV and DVD available. There is a big shopping boulevard in La Zenia offering shops like Primark, H&M, AlCampo and Zara amongst many others. There is plenty on offer for Golfers with many courses to choose from with the apartment overlooking Las Ramblas Golf and Campaomour Golf Course just on the other side of the road. Advance booking is recommended from September to May during the popular golf months both with the apartment and with the local golf clubs. There is a canal that is approx 80km that goes pass the front of the apartment and it is ideal for walks/runs/biking. You can bike to Villamartin within 45 minutes along this canal or La Zenia.
