41Km to Barcelona and 7Km to Sitges. Lovely apartments with a large balcony with a great view 100m to the beach in the Mediterranean sea.

"La Mediterranea" apartment is situated only a 100m from the beach in the Mediterranean sea. Ideal for a family or friends who want to enjoy waterfront restaurants where to find fresh fish and other regional dishes and of course a great beach vacation.
Recently refurbished and well equipped in a great location for a summer holiday. A 15 minute walk to the rail/bus station with direct lines (every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona. Also, small circuit buses go to the station every half hour (bus stop 100 meters).
The lounge/dining area is spacious. Large picture window and door leads out onto a large balcony. This is furnished with table and chairs for "al fresco" breakfasts in the sun, or cool sundowners.
3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single with a pullout additional bed). The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, toilet, bidet and retro tiling/fittings with hairdryer.
Well equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. Full oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand blender, coffee plunger, full dinner service, and glasses. Washing machine. (No dishwasher).
Internet free of charge and TV in the lounge.
Children are very welcome in this apartment. We regret the lack of access for people with limited mobility.
For your safety, we have installed smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.

Tourist registration code: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) If you want to enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona or Sitges, just 15 minutes walk away is the train/bus station with direct lines (about every 20 minutes). It's an easy trip to town for a day of shopping. The train to Barcelona takes about 45 minutes and will leave you right in the centre of the city.

There are also bus stops along the beach that will take you to the market, station and center of Vilanova if you prefer. (The bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment).

GENERAL RULES
Check-in is after 15:00 in the afternoon and check-out is before 11:00 in the morning.
If your check in is after 20:00 pm until 24:00 pm, there will be an extra charge of 45€, and if it is after 24:00 pm until 8:00 am, the extra charge will be 75€.
The apartment includes bed linen, house towels, toilet paper and shower gel.
We can rent beach towels for 2,50€ per towel. The change for clean ones will have a cost of 2,50€.
Please note that we do not do any cleaning in the apartment except on departure.
We will make a change of sheets and towels of the whole house halfway through your stay if it is more than 8 nights. If your stay is shorter, nothing will be changed.
We offer additional cleaning during your stay which costs 15€ per hour and additional towels and bed changes for 15€ for a double bed and 10€ for a single bed.
We strongly recommend that you have personal travel insurance that offers adequate cover during your stay and that compensates you in the event that you have to cancel or are unable to fulfill your obligations in relation to the accommodation booked.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is paid on arrival. Currently 1€ (including VAT) per adult over 16 years old, per day, for the first 7 nights only.
IMPORTANT
The cleaning (65€) in low season IS NOT INCLUDED in the price of airbnb, it has to be paid in the moment of the arrival with the tourist tax.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
We take a deposit in the form of a credit card, NO DEBIT, which has to be physically shown on the day you enter the apartment. By providing us with your credit evening details, you are authorizing Vilanova Apartments SL to charge Vilanova Apartments SL, as appropriate, for expenses incurred as a result of unreasonable neglect, property abuse, accidents and damage, or excessive charges incurred, i.e. late payment. An additional 1% processing and administration fee will be added. This is extremely rare as 99% of reservations do not result in additional charges.
