Beaufort Apartment is newly renovated for 2019 and after a period of non-use is now available for short vacation let.. It is located on the southern edge of the village of Stoupa on the lower terrace slopes of Beaufort Hill, surrounded by olive groves and a short distance from the sea, with a westward view from the balcony across the Gulf of Messinia and the sunset
Beaufort Apartment is built on the side of the main residence of the owner, but is fully self-contained with private parking and entrance. The property sleeps up to 5 persons, comprising 2 double bedrooms plus an attic level bedroom space. New mattresses for comfort sleep are provided, plus plenty of wardrobe space. Each bedroom has an air condition unit.
The kitchenette features an electric oven and hob, with large fridge / freezer and work tops with above and below cupboard space. This merges with the open living area with lounge seating and dining table. A 32 inch smart TV is provided. The living area opens directly onto the balcony.
The bathroom / WC features a walk-in shower area, plus sink with storage unit under.
All electrics and plumbing were renewed in 2018, when bathroom and kitchen were fully refurbished.
Radiators are fitted for heating in winter months.
A fully enclosed garden area is available for secluded use, beneath the shade of two olive trees.
A washing machine is located in a housing below the stairs that lead from the garden up to the apartment front door.
