This tastefully decorated 105m², sunny, 8th floor apartment has been fully renovated to a very high standard. Perfectly situated on the edge of Cannes Marina, close to Géant Casino supermarket, golf course and a short walk to the sandy, family friendly beaches of Mandelieu La Napoule. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , an extra WC in the corridor, beautifully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and a balcony with views to die for over the Marina, the bay of Cannes and the Esterel. The 3 bedrooms have a view over the hills of Tanneron. All of the bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space and large patio windows which can be opened to create a cool breeze throuh the apartment. Each bedroom has an electric fan.
There is a secure , dedicated parking space for use during your stay. The residence has a super swimming pool.
Just below on the edge of the Marina is the Placette, where you will find a couple of cafés, restaurants and a shop selling fresh bread and croissants every morning.
A 20 minute walk along the road which cuts through the golf course takes you to the port of La Napoule and it's famous Chateau which is well worth a visit. In La Napoule you will find a wide choice of restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets.
Golfers will love Mandelieu as there are two courses. The closest is the Old Course which boasts an 18 hole, 9 hole, driving range and chip and put. Just five minutes drive will take you to Riviera Barbossi which has an 18 hole and a 3 hole course attached to the driving range.Both clubs serve excellent lunches!
A car is not strictly necessary as there is a good bus service and you can also catch a train from La Napoule to visit the surrounding towns or take a trip to the Italian border.Please note that linen is not included but can be hired with prior arrangement at a cost of 20 euros per person.
