The bright, open-plan living and dining area leads to a large veranda, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals.



On the pool level, the villa boasts a self-contained apartment with its own entrance. This space includes two large, air-conditioned bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a stylish living room that opens onto a second fully fitted kitchen, offering flexibility and privacy for larger groups.



Outdoor Paradise

The villa is set on a sprawling, gated plot with a private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sun terrace, complete with sun loungers and shaded areas. Barbecue facilities and a large dining space make outdoor meals a delight. Please note that the pool ranges from 1 to 2 meters in depth, so vigilance is required for families with small children.
