Capturing the light and spectacular sea views it is guaranteed to leave you breathless. From the parking area, steps lead down to the magnificent balcony which encircles the entire villa, giving access to the captivating view of the cool blue Mediterranean waters. This single level villa comprises of a spacious open plan living area with an unusual glass fireplace, Smart TV, 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a guest toilet and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The ample outside area has a patio area and a purpose built barbecue which is ideal for entertaining and those who enjoy al-fresco dining. The decked poolside is the place for the sun-worshippers with the infinity pool being ideal for cooling off and the Jacuzzi and Sauna room is a perfect place for relaxation. Tucked away at the end of the deck is a romantic alcove retreat to enjoy those quiet moments with a cool glass of wine.

Not Included in the rates:
Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.
