The apartment has a modern kitchen with a granite top, tiled bathroom, walk-in shower, and separate entrance. There is a large sunny terrace at the entrance and a lovely balcony with gorgeous mountains and sea views on the other side. Many international restaurants and shops are within a 10-minute walk and the blue flag beach is a further few minutes. The house is situated in a small urbanization of 9 properties and is in a quiet residential area.

Wonderful walks along the coast to the local light house and into the nearby nature reserve of the Sierra Gelada are just a stone's throw away. The historic town of Altea with its iconic domed church, square and restauarants is only a few kilometres and is well worth a visit. Parking is available in the nearby street (30 meters) without charge.
