Chalet

A spacious ski-in/ski-out luxury ski chalet for 8 – 10 guests. The chalet offers direct access onto the pistes from the front door, and is located in La Falaise, near the centre of Avoriaz.



Being right on the cliff, and south-facing, the chalet has breathtaking mountain views and Avoriaz sunsets to be enjoyed through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or out on the balconies. The chalet also boasts its own spa area with an indoor sauna & private outdoor hot-tub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes! Afterwards, relax in the comfortable beds & sofas with thick carpets, cozy throws & Superfine Egyptian cotton bedding or watch a movie on the large 65"" SMART TV. With its own ski storage and boot heaters, you can wave goodbye to carrying skis and wet fingers and toes. A variety of shops, restaurants, ski-hire, supermarket and ski school are all all within 150 meters.



Group and Multi-family friendly Layout

4 bedroom chalet, with 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets, arranged across 3 floors. The chalet is particularly suited to 2 families with 1 double , 1 twin room and a large family bathroom and toilet on the upper floor and 1 double bedroom, 1 bunk room, 2 bathrooms & separate toilet on the lower ground floor with the modern open-plan fitted kitchen and comfortable living & dining areas with double sofa bed and additional shower room & toilet on the middle floor. The sauna, laundry facility with Bosch washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the private outdoor hot tub are all on the lower ground floor.





Wifi & TV

Private fibre optic Wi-Fi. SMART 65” TV offers full streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. Laptop friendly workspace allow you to carry on working as if you were at home.



Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, comprising 2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Beds have thick comfortable pocket sprung mattresses, Hungarian goose-down duvets and pillows and superfine Egyptian cotton bedding. Additional double sofa bed in the living room opens up rapidly and fully made. Super-thick curtains incorporate black-out lining so you won’t be disturbed by early morning sun.



Bathrooms

With 4 ½ bathrooms, there won’t be any rush in the morning. 2 full size baths, 4 showers, 3 toilets, sauna and hot tub. Complimentary toiletries provided in all bathrooms along with bath robes, slippers and fluffy towels.



Laundry

Fully equipped laundry area comprising BOSCH washing machine and separate BOSCH condensing tumble dryer, so you can even wash your socks!



Balcony / Views

Large south facing main floor balcony with sun loungers and chairs offering spectacular mountain views over the pistes of Avoriaz. 2nd south facing upper floor balcony. Private outdoor hot tub also offering spectacular mountain views. Secure car parking indoors or outdoors available (additional charge and reservation recommended).



Children

We are family friendly. Children of all ages welcome. Baby cots, high chairs, changing mats available + selection of toys and games and family board games available on request.
