Villa Sunshine is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa on the lagoon side of the Kas peninsula. It has a spacious interior and a large sun terrace. Perfect for soaking up the sun during the day, a lazy afternoon BBQ and then catching the dolmus 5 minutes into Kas town where you can enjoy the many restaurants, cafes, tea gardens and shops.
All 4 bedrooms of the villa have ensuite facilities and balconies with sea views. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor - 2 doubles and 1 twin. The fourth bedroom has private access from the garden as it is located below the sun terrace. It is a double bedroom with a private seating area to the front.
The living area of the villa is on the ground floor and has a lounge, dining and kitchen area. Patio doors lead from the living area direct to the sun terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs with cooking appliances, crockery, glasses, utensils etc.
Also on the ground floor is an additional toilet and utility room.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa, wireless internet and parking by the entrance of the villa.
