About This Property
In Lachania a small quiet beautiful and picturesque village on the island of Rhodes, with its clean beaches and crystal waters, lies a haven of tranquility and peace of mind. In the great courtyard of Casa La Perla with lemon trees and arbor, you can rexal and enjoy a quiet and sunny morning.
The space
Build in 1940's after the war by my great grandfather and renovated in 2014. When we were renovating the house on the roof we found two cannons from a tank welded together. The reason? After the War they didn't have the matterials to build a house , So they blew the tanks that were left behind and used the cannons and the rails as foundations for the roofs. In the Secondary House you can see rails that are the roof supports. Also the walls are made from big rocks giving the advantage that the house is not affected by outdoor summer temperatures.
