This spacious modern studio apartment has been fully refurbished in January 2019 and is situated just 5 minutes walk from Cannes city centre and 10 minutes from the Festival Palace and the beach.

If you are in Cannes for holidays or attending a conference, this place is perfect: comfortable bed and quality bedding, free WiFi, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and fitness equipment.

Ideally situated close to sandy beaches and the Festival Palace, this 26m2 modern studio apartment has been recently refurbished and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay:

Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is everything you need to cook, including some basics like salt, oil, sugar, etc. Just down the road there is an excellent bakery where you can get fresh bred and croissants every morning, as well as a mini market and a pizza shop.

The bathroom comes with a shower, free towels, shampoo/body gel and a hairdryer.

Two large East-facing windows allow plenty of light and in the morning the sun fills the room.

Although very central, the apartment is quiet as it overlooks a peaceful interior backyard.

Getting to the apartment is very easy with a direct bus from the airport which stops just outside the building, it is only 5 min walk from the train station and if you are arriving by car there is a secure covered parking right in front.

Situated on the second floor (with an elevator) of a well maintained residence, the apartment is at your entire private disposal, including the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

I will greet you at your arrival and will help with practical questions and excursion/activity ideas. I work in travel and know both Cannes and the region well.

Arriving by CAR - Covered public car park (Parking Mozart) is situated right in front of the building and costs €40 per day. However, just 5-10 minute walk from the apartment you have Parking Vauban at €16.20 per day and Parking Republique at €9.60 per day.

Arriving by TRAIN - Cannes train station is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Arriving by PLANE - There is a direct bus from Nice Airport (bus 210) which stops at the train station.
