Villa Begonia (250 sq.m) is a splendid villa that perfectly combines the minimalistic and modern interior style with its traditional exterior. Located near the beautiful town of Scicli, the villa is accessed via a country pathway of olive groves and is in a quiet and panoramic location with views of the countryside. Guests can enjoy the private tennis court and an exclusive wellness area with sauna and Turkish bath.

Villa Begonia develops on three levels.

Ground Floor: large open plan living area with kitchen, sofa and LCD TV and dining area, one double bedroom with single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, laundry room.

First Floor: sitting room with bar, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, terrace.

Second Floor: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub.

Outside, the villa offers large and sunny terraces, a private garden with olive groves, private swimming pool (12X6m; 1.5m deep; open from April 1 to October 31; for pool open outside these dates there is an extra cost) with sun lounges, private tennis court and wellness area (with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi (1.90 x 2.00m; depth min 0.40m - max 0.90m; can be heated up to 28°C, at extra cost, included up to 200 kWh), multi-sensory shower and one bathroom with toilet only) located approximately 15 meters from the pool area and 30 meters from the villa.

Only small sized pets are permitted. Access and bathroom for disabled.

Facilities: air conditioning (8 units), private parking, Wi-Fi Internet, sauna, hairdryer, barbecue, safe-box, external shower, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, CD and DVD players, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, electric oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, 5 TVs, 4 electric mosquito repellent in the bedrooms, microwave, computer, baby cot and high chair on demand, pool towels (weekly change), bathroom towels changed twice per week (Wednesday and Saturday).
