This charming villa (220sqm) is located on the slopes of Mount Etna only 1.5km from a quiet village. The villa enjoys a privileged position and is near to many historical attractions that Sicily has to offer. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the Etna Park with its impressive natural scenery but also the charming, beautiful towns of the south-eastern side of Sicily, such as Taormina, Catania, Syracuse and Ragusa.

This luxury villa offers guest's refined, elegant rooms decorated with comfort in mind and using fine quality materials, fittings and furnishings, such as parquet flooring and rich fabrics. Villa Granvia features a modern split level ground floor arrangement.

On the ground floor is the living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster). From the dining room, a staircase leads to the lower ground floor with living room, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub, 1 double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a walk-through room with a single sofa bed.

A new fitness area with bathroom with shower has been introduced, featuring a tapis roulant and a techno-gym multi function machine, a reclining bench, a kit of weights from 2 to 9kg and many accessories for free body training (elastic, rope for jumps, swiss ball, ab wheel , handles for push-ups, etc.). An anti-trauma rigid rubber coating was installed for half of the floor surface.

The villa is tastefully furnished and its spacious rooms are complemented by a large covered terrace, a large garden with lawn and a beautiful swimming pool with solarium making it the perfect spot to relax and spend many happy hours. Parking is within the grounds.
