The Space:

Upon entry to the apartment, you will find the hallway which leads to the semi open-plan kitchen and living area. Offering peaceful ambience and simple décor, Engracia Square is the perfect place to stay for business in Madrid. Tranquil colors of green and white surround the space to enhance comfort and relaxation.



The apartment has a cosy living room with a flat screen TV, coffee table and a comfortable sofa. There is also a dining table for up to 2 people, that can also be used as a desk. The practical kitchenette is fitted with the modern appliances you will need during your stay such as a 2-ring stove, a mini-fridge, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and also a washer-dryer combo.



The bedroom comes with two single beds placed together, and has ample space for storage of personal belongings as well as a flat screen TV. The adjoining bathroom consists of a shower over bath, a toilet and sink area with work top.



The common areas of the building include an additional coin-laundry room and a small gym.



IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

Chamberí is a quintessential madrileño neighbourhood. It’s full of life, extremely safe and a place where you can get just about anywhere in the rest of the city comfortably. The neighbourhood is plenty of traditional, small shops and typical tapas restaurants where locals gather. All you need for shopping, eating out and groceries.

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Rios Rosas (L1)
