Apartment

The apartment is located in the very edge of the village "Nicopolis", which today bears the same name as the famous ancient city. It offers peace, safety, comfort and a wonderful view of the Amvrakikos Gulf. It is built on a large 2000 sq m piece of land where children are welcome to play around. The apartment was renovated in 2018 in a rustic traditional style. There are two bedrooms available, each with a comfy queen size bed and plenty of space to fit a baby playard (available for use if needed). The kitchen is fully equipped and it is combined with the living area, in a well lit space. The living area has a sectional couch that also converts to a Queen bed to accommodate additional guests. Other amenities include 3 TV's with Satellite reception, washing machine and dryer, individual AC units, espresso maker, dishwasher, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven, full size fridge and free WiFi.


Location:

The apartment is only 100 meters away from the monument of Augustus and 200 meters away from the ancient amphitheater of Nikopolis. The beautiful "Monolithi" beach is under 2,5km away, where you can enjoy the Ionian sea (cold refreshments and free sunbeds and umbrellas offered on site). The museum of Nikopolis is approximately 4km away, while the beautiful city of Preveza with its picturesque walking alleys and taverns offering delicious local delicacies is only a 12 minute drive away. The Aktio (Preveza) airport is only 16km away. Note: The apartment is not close to any public transportation means, so having a vehicle is highly recommended.
