Villa

The villa, which is in a small complex of three houses in total, is in area of Akroriti - Otzia, with an amazing sea view. The villa is on two levels and consists of the main house and a guest house. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed an en-suite bathroom (shower). Connected to the main house but with an independent entrance there is a guest house with a double bed, single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The living room, kitchen, bedroom on the ground floor and the guest house all have balcony doors that lead directly on the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are shaded dining and seating areas from where one can sit and enjoy and the amazing sea view.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
