The apartment is in a residential area, a couple of minutes walk to local restaurants and shops with the buzzing Playa Flamenca commercial area a 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk away. This commercial area has a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs. At Playa Flamenca , there is a large Saturday market which is a mile away attracting a vast variety of vendors selling local crafts, leather goods, household items and clothes.
The new Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is also a mile away with an extensive range of shops and restaurants and entertainment and activities for the family. The apartment is a 5 minute drive from Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima and La Zenia beaches with several other blue flag beaches within 15 mins drive. There are 3 championship golf courses in the surrounding area Villamartin, La Finca and Las Ramblas, all within a 10 minute drive. The Spanish fishing town of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes drive away, with a lovely marina and waterfront market. There is a large water park in Torrevieja which is open during peak times (June - September)

We have an agent in Spain who lives in the complex and will meet you to hand over the keys and be around if there are any issues. They will arrange to collect the keys on the day of departure.

ADDITIONAL €60 PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL TO AGENT FOR LOCAL MANAGEMENT FEES + €6 per person for laundry charges so for 2 guests the total will be €72 payable on arrival to the agent..
