Villa S is situated in the neighbourhood of Split called Meje, which is a south-oriented district in the west end of Split, just at the beginning of the forest Park Marjan. This remarkable house was renovated in 2004, but because it is over a hundred years old building and due to its value, it is under the protection of The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of The Republic of Croatia.
Villa S is a perfect luxury residence for 10 guests. It is a building of three floors with kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, from where you have access to two upper floors by staircase.
On the first floor. you will find a spacious hall with a fireplace, kitchen, living room, dining room with terrace, fitness, sauna, and library.
On the second floor, there are four double bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and a terrace. Villa S is south oriented so you will have a wonderful sea view from almost every room.
Villa S has all the luxury amenities you desire, all rooms have TV, wireless Internet connection, and air-conditioning.
